Our Staff

Dr. Daniel’s staff is committed to your comfort and safety above all else. Each staff member understands that cosmetic surgery is not an everyday occurrence for patients. They know that questions must be answered quickly and that concerns must be addressed. Patients often say that the staff treats them with the same sensitivity as a good friend.

LPN, Nurse Injector

Three things about me:

  1. I love to surf!
  2. I have an affinity for tattoos.
  3. I’m addicted to shows like Botched…I just can’t get enough!!

From a very young age I knew that I wanted to work in the medical field. Caring for 7 younger brothers molded me into the nurse I am today. I have been working in the medical field since 2001. My experience includes working for a Primary Care Physician, Genetics, Maternal Fetal Medicine, Perinatology as well as Plastic and Reconstructive before joining this team. I love assisting Dr. Daniel and caring for all of our surgical patients. When Dr. Daniel is in surgery I am busy as a nurse injector treating women and men with Botox and facial fillers. I am passionate about my job and take pride in making a true connection with every one of my patients!

Lyndy Feeley

Medical Assistant

Three things about me:

  1. Riding my dirt bike is my favorite escape.
  2. I’d rather be hiking in the mountains with my dog rather than doing things indoors.
  3. Chocolate milk is my guilty pleasure.

I’ve always had a love for aesthetics which is why I went to cosmetology school right after high school. I worked as a hairdresser for about 5 years before realizing that being in the medical field has always been my dream. I decided to go back to school and every day I go to work loving what I do. I’ve always been ambitious so being able to combine both of my careers is really a dream come true!

Sabel Fleshman

Master Aesthetician, Practice Development & Operations Director

Three things about me:

  1. I spoke French before I spoke English.
  2. BRAVO TV is my guilty pleasure.
  3. Fashion makes my heart beat fast!

When people ask me what I do for a living I never hesitate to respond with “I make people feel better.” I’ve been treating skin since 1989 and when I met Dr. Daniel in 1999. The combination of beauty meeting science ignited both a passion and a drive in me to become the best in my field. I feel privileged to be able to work with the best technology in my industry. I’m grateful for my clients and enjoy helping and meeting new people every day. My other role in the practice allows me to use my creative mind and to manage the most amazing team of professionals that you will ever encounter.

Jose Alexander

Master Aesthetician

Three things about me:

  1. I don’t like cheesecake.
  2. I once lived in Mexico with no running water or electricity for 6 months.
  3. I probably spend more money on gym clothes than regular clothes.

I am an Oregon native who was born and raised here in the Willamette Valley. I enjoy working out, good food and hanging out with close friends and family. I took an interest in skin care at an early age and enjoy helping my patients look their best. Before working for Dr. Daniel, I spray tanned bodybuilders and fitness competitors for competitions. Now with the use of lasers and physician dispensed skin care, I am able to treat and enhance a wide variety of patient skin types.

Sarah Crabtree

Front Desk Receptionist and Aesthetician

Three things about me:

  1. I would rather be barefoot or wear rubber boots than shoes.
  2. I swoon at the thought of receiving a handwritten letter in the mail.
  3. I am crazy for classic country music and old honky tonk bars.

I am thrilled to be the newest member to the Dr. Daniel’s team! I come from the UO as a Project Coordinator working on educational grants. When my grant ended the opportunity to join Dr. Daniel’s practice came up and I jumped at the chance to join an amazing group of people. I’ve always been a people person. Being on the frontlines here at Aesthetic Plastic Surgery enables me to meet every one of our patients. If I’m not here I’m off with my husband and two kids looking for some adventures with family and friends. I look forward to meeting you!

Ashley Swank

Front Office Coordinator

Three things about me:

  1. My favorite foods are BACON, french fries, nachos and cake; the essentials of course.
  2. I’m deeply terrified of snakes, heights and geese.
  3. I would choose to play Call of Duty, Halo or Mario Kart any day over shopping!

I am the youngest team member at Dr. Daniel’s office but not the shortest. I started at the practice several years ago on Halloween so I really didn’t know what my co-workers looked like until the following day! I have a bachelor’s degree from University of Oregon, Class of 2013 (Go Ducks!) with a major in sociology. The medical field is a bit different for me but it has completely expanded knowledge base. I have the utmost respect for Dr. Daniel and there is no other plastic surgeon I’d rather work for!

Dana Schmidt

Three things about me:

  1. Cooking for people makes me happy!
  2. I love yoga
  3. I was a singer in a rock n’ roll band

I am so happy to be back as the Patient Care Coordinator for Dr. Daniel! I held this same position over ten years ago and as they say, all things come back full circle. I have a strong customer service background and connect easily with people. My goal as the Patient Care Coordinator is to make every patient’s experience positive, seamless and memorable. When I’m not working I enjoy time with friends & family, golf, camping, and a good glass of wine!

Sarah Jensen

Three things about me:

  1. I love squirrels, my pony, bunnies and endless YouTube animal videos.
  2. I was homeschooled for 6 years.
  3. I love to be adventurous, outdoors and exploring this beautiful world.

I met Dr. Daniel when I started riding horses with his family several years ago. At the time I was attending a very well-known cosmetology program in Portland. Becoming an Aesthetician was my goal and I knew that being a part of his team would be in my future someday. After graduation I moved back home to Roseburg and all these years later that dream became a reality! I opened my own office and began working with Dr. Daniel’s CoolSculpting patients in and around Douglas County. I consider myself very blessed to be part of his team.
