Patient is a 40- year old female who had one child that was 11lbs at birth. She was wanting a breast reduction and tummy tuck. Her current breast size was a 40 F and she was hoping to go down to a DD. She also was wanting to flatten her tummy. The surgery best for her was a mommy makeover which included inferior breast reduction and tummy tuck. She was thrilled with her results and wondered why she had waited so long to have the surgery.
