Patient is a 56-year-old female who had 3 children all delivered vaginally. She had been wanting to have a tummy tuck for nearly 13 years. The surgery best for her was a standard tummy tuck with bilateral hip liposuction. This really took care of the central fullness cause by carrying her three large children. She tolerated the procedure well. Her after photos were taken at 8 months post op.
