Patient is 49-year-old female who is wanting a breast reduction. She has always had large breast and even has some symptoms from them including back, neck, and shoulder pain. She had even done physical therapy to help try and to make that better. The surgery best for her is an inferior pedicle breast reduction. She was fortunate and got this approved through her insurance and they required 628 grams per breast to be removed from each breast. She tolerated the procedure well and was very happy with the size and shape of her breasts post op. Her after photos were taken 6 months post op.
