Dr. Daniel initially consulted with this patient when she was 56 years old, after she had lost 178 pounds with Weight Watchers and exercise. She had previously undergone multiple procedures to deal with the extra skin left after this weight loss that included a breast lift, tummy tuck, thigh lift, buttock lift, and brachioplasty (arm lift) in three previous surgeries.
Dr. Daniel feels there can be no greater compliment than to have patients return for surgeries and three-and-a-half years after starting her body contouring process, she wished for facial rejuvenation as well. The laxity to her facial skin and neck were somewhat obvious in her pre-procedure photographs.
Utilizing endoscopic techniques for a browlift, Dr. Daniel made small centimeter incisions back in the hairline to raise the brows and deal with the frown lines. He then complimented the periorbital rejuvenation with a lower eyelid tuck or blepharoplasty. Finally, a face/neck lift was completed giving her an overall kinder and gentler, but non-operated upon look.
