This patient was 36 years old when she first consulted with Dr. Daniel. She had two full term pregnancies and also had a tubal ligation. She disliked the changes in her abdominal contours after her pregnancies, as well as the changes to her breast shape. Dr. Daniel recommended a standard augmentation through an inframammary approach and an abdominal wall tightening abdominoplasty.
Her augmentation consisted of 421cc silicone gel, smooth-surfaced implants that were Allergan Style 15. Her abdominal contours were improved with the tummy tuck, but Dr. Daniel did not recommend any liposuction in this thin patient.
Her recovery was uneventful. She quite enjoys her new breast shape and abdominal contours, as you can see as well. Her incisions are still early and have not fully faded, but the improvement in contours is obvious.
