The patient is a 68 year old female who had some previous facial aesthetic surgeries with Dr. Daniel. She presented with concerns about redundancies in her upper arms. She had had some body contouring procedures done elsewhere and was evaluated for the arms and found to have laxity to the skin that would respond quite nicely to brachioplasty. She underwent isolated brachioplasty and her followup photographs show dramatic improvement in the contours of the arms with highlights to the deltoid muscle, as well as the tricep muscle noted in the posterior view. The incisions are still quite early at only seven months and have continued to fade. She is very happy with contours and shape and the recovery process was quite easy for her.
