The patient presented to Dr. Daniel for consultation after massive weight loss following gastric bypass. She had lost 230 pounds and had stabilized, but was very concerned about her abdominal fullness, her hanging panus, and the loose skin of her arms. Dr. Daniel felt that a combined surgery could be done with the assistance of his RFNA to help sew during the procedure. Bilateral brachioplasty, as well as an extended abdominoplasty were recommended and completed. Over 12 ½ pounds of abdominal skin was removed and over 13cm of skin was removed from the midpoint of each arm. Her postop photographs are shown at 8 months. Both she and Dr. Daniel were quite pleased with the results. Dramatic improvement is noted in both the arms and abdominal contours. She is pondering further body contouring procedures in the future.
