This 39-year-old patient is a mother of three children ages 18, 20, and 22. She breast-fed all three. She stated that she was a 36C and wanted to be a DD. The patient was also considering abdominal contouring, which she proceeded with three months after her Bilateral Prepectoral (in front of the muscle) Augmentation Mammoplasty procedure. Her initial breast exam revealed some mild asymmetry. As such, Dr. Daniel used a 435cc gel implant on the right and a 485cc gel implant on the left. Dr. Daniel was extremely happy with the softness of the breasts and he stated the “Aesthetics were dynamite!”. Postoperative photographs were taken at a year and the symmetry was still good.
