The patient is a mother to two children who at the time were ages 4 1/2 and 22 months old. She stopped breast feeding some 7-8 months prior to her consultation visit. The patient was somewhat deflated at an A, and wanted to be between a B+ to a C-.
Dr. Daniel determined that an inframammary retropectoral (behind the muscle) augmentation mammaplasty utilizing smooth surfaced 300cc Natrelle gel implants with a lower profile would help get her to a B size.
Postoperative photographs were taken at seven months, and the incisions were mostly faded. Dr. Daniel and the patient were both happy with her new look and how natural she felt.
