The patient was a 34-year-old mother of five. She breast fed all of her children for at least two years. Dr. Daniel felt the patient would do quite nicely with an inframammary retropectoral (behind the muscle) augmentation using 371cc Natrelle gel implants. Dr. Daniel was happy with her early result and already noted excellent symmetry eight days after her procedure. Postoperative photographs weren’t taken until two years after her surgery, but by then her incisions were virtually unnoticeable.
