Kathy Baldwin, M.D.

Aesthetic medicine has advanced tremendously in the last decade, and Dr. Kathy Baldwin is integral to Dr. Daniel’s team at The Spa Side. Dr. Baldwin specializes in facial contouring with injectables, body sculpting laser services, and treatment planning. Her training, commitment to high-quality medical care, and love of art make her stand out as a member of a unique group of MD injectors in Oregon and the country.
Daughter of an esteemed cardiologist, Dr. Baldwin graduated from Vanderbilt University with a BS in Art History and returned to Dallas to attend the prestigious University of Texas Southwestern (UTSW) Medical School. Following medical school, she continued at UTSW/Parkland Hospital for a one-year surgical internship and then one year of emergency medicine at New York University/Bellevue Hospital. She is also an artist with background and training in painting, sketching, needlepoint, and gardening. This experience, specifically her in-depth understanding of facial anatomy and artistic talent, gives Dr. Baldwin a significant edge in balancing the art and science of cosmetic injections.
Connection to Her Patients
Dr. Baldwin prides herself on her connection with patients through education and collaboration. She invests time in you, understanding your goals, and with this knowledge forms a treatment plan or road map for realistic success in meeting those goals. Specializing in cosmetic injections, she draws upon her background in science, painting and needlepoint to sculpt, enhance and refine her patient’s appearance. Dr. Baldwin works earnestly to assist you in the journey to Live Beautiful.
Dr. Baldwin, Dr. Daniel & his wife, Kathryn Daniel
A fun fact is that Dr. Baldwin and Kathryn Daniel have been best friends since high school and growing up in Dallas, Texas. Unbeknownst to Kathryn, Dr. Baldwin and Dr. Daniel met while at Vanderbilt. Though 4 years apart scholastically, they both were again in Dallas during their respective training, and Dr. Baldwin played a part in introducing Dr. Daniel to his wife Kathryn. The lifelong connection between Lee, Kathryn, and Kathy was fundamental in her joining the team on The Spa Side. She is a trusted friend and associate of the Daniels.
Dr. Baldwin is the proud mom of three children and enjoys the outdoors, fishing, bird watching, and her little rescue pup, Henry, who seems to have more than 9 lives.

Known for her advanced expertise in injectable treatments, Patty has a keen eye for facial aesthetics and enjoys crafting personalized treatment plans that bring out each patient’s natural beauty. Her passion for continuous learning keeps her on the cutting edge of new techniques and innovations in the field, allowing her to deliver exceptional, tailored results. Outside of the clinic, Patty treasures quality time with her three beautiful children, embracing every moment of her family life.
Jose Coats

Specializes in all areas of aesthetics including, skin resurfacing, laser hair removal, and skin rejuvenation
Being born and raised in Willamette Valley, Oregon I have always been a health and exercise focused individual. Very early on I realized having healthy, beautiful skin was an asset, and when the opportunity came up for me to go to cosmetology school, I jumped at the chance and that and decision was one of the best decisions I have ever made.
I love my role of helping patients achieve their appearance goals and enjoy the benefits of healthy skin at every age.
After 900 hours of cosmetology training at the Northwest Institute of Aesthetics, I went on to earn my certification of Advanced Esthetician, requiring an additional 500 hours of specialized training. All this prepared me for my role at The Spa Side of the Lee B. Daniel Plastic Surgery practice.
Meet Dr. Holt
Doctorate of Naturopathy
Dr. Beth Holt combines her passion for aesthetic medicine with compassionate patient care, providing exceptional outcomes tailored to each individual’s needs.
Dr. Holt graduated with a Doctorate of Naturopathic Medicine from Sonoran University of Health Sciences in 2017, after earning a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition from Arizona State University in 2012. She was Medical Director at various prestigious aesthetics clinics across Arizona, including Tox House LLC in Chandler and Opal Aesthetics in Pinetop.
In addition to her medical roles, Dr. Holt is a respected educator in aesthetic medicine. She is a Clinical Instructor at SAA Laser Institute and National Laser Institute, where she teaches advanced techniques for neuromodulators, dermal fillers, and PDO threads.
