Born and raised in Oregon’s beautiful Willamette Valley, I’ve always lived a lifestyle focused on health, wellness, and self-care. Early on, I recognized the value of radiant, healthy skin, not just for appearance but as a reflection of overall well-being. When the opportunity to attend cosmetology school presented itself, I didn’t hesitate, and it remains one of the best decisions I’ve ever made.
I specialize in a wide range of advanced aesthetic treatments, including skin resurfacing, laser hair removal, and non-surgical skin rejuvenation techniques that help patients achieve glowing, youthful-looking skin. Whether addressing sun damage, texture concerns, or signs of aging, I’m passionate about helping people feel more confident in their skin at every stage of life.
After completing 900 hours of cosmetology training at the Northwest Institute of Aesthetics, I advanced my education by earning certification as an Advanced Esthetician, which required an additional 500 hours of intensive, specialized training. This rigorous preparation led me to my current role at The Spa Side of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery with Dr. Lee B. Daniel, where I work closely with our expert team to provide personalized care in a welcoming, supportive environment.

Doctorate of Naturopathy
Dr. Beth Holt brings together her deep expertise in aesthetic medicine and her commitment to compassionate, individualized care. With every treatment, Dr. Holt focuses on helping patients feel confident, supported, and beautiful, inside and out.
She earned her Doctorate of Naturopathic Medicine from Sonoran University of Health Sciences in 2017, following a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition from Arizona State University in 2012. Over the years, Dr. Holt has served as Medical Director for several highly regarded aesthetic clinics in Arizona, including Tox House LLC in Chandler and Opal Aesthetics in Pinetop, where she delivered advanced treatments in skin rejuvenation and injectable therapies.
A recognized educator in the field, Dr. Holt is a Clinical Instructor at SAA Laser Institute and the National Laser Institute, where she trains fellow professionals in cutting-edge techniques for neuromodulators, dermal fillers, and non-surgical cosmetic enhancements. Her passion for continuous learning and teaching ensures she stays at the forefront of modern aesthetic care.

Nell Humphreys, RN, BS, RNC-NIC, brings together a strong clinical background and a deep passion for aesthetic medicine to deliver results that enhance natural beauty and build lasting confidence. With a patient-first approach and an eye for artistry, Nell tailors every treatment plan to the individual, helping clients achieve glowing, rejuvenated skin.
After earning her Bachelor of Science in Arizona, Nell’s love for nature and community brought her to the Pacific Northwest, where she began her career in Human Services. Her true calling led her to nursing, where she spent six years in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). During this time, Nell served as a neonatal resuscitation team member, preceptor, and mentor, excelling in high-pressure environments that demanded clinical excellence and a caring touch.
Today, Nell applies those same skills, precision, empathy, and dedication, in her work as an aesthetic nurse injector at Aesthetic Plastic Surgery in Eugene, Oregon. She specializes in cosmetic injectables, laser skin treatments, and customized skincare solutions, using evidence-based techniques to achieve natural, radiant results for clients of all ages.
