When used in conjunction with Botox treatments, many patients are seeing improved skin and Obagi results, according to a new study published by the Aesthetic Surgery Journal.

Patients in the study who used Botox at the same time as Nu-Derm experienced improved Obagi results. This means patients’ skin improved in overall appearance and they felt more satisfied with how their skin looked, when compared to using Botox and a placebo skin care product.

When applied as directed, Obagi’s Nu-Derm, also referred to as its Condition & Enhance System, works with skin at a cellular level to help it appear younger and healthier.

82 percent of patients said others noticed a positive change in their Obagi results when combined with Botox, while just 16 percent said an improvement was noted by others when they applied the other skin care product.

When asked how they felt about the appearance of their skin after using Botox and seeing the Obagi results, nearly 90 percent of patients were satisfied or extremely satisfied with how they looked.

Dermatologist Dr. Joel Schlessinger said, “This data clearly highlights the fact that by adding Condition & Enhance to injectable patients’ treatment regimen, patients are addressing multiple aspects of aging skin for optimal results.”
