The patient is a 26-year-old mother of a two-year-old daughter. She saw Dr. Daniel for an evaluation concerning breast augmentation due to changes after pregnancy. Preoperatively, the patient was a B and said she would like to be a large C.
The patient had her initial consultation at the end of April and was hoping to have her procedure before summer. Dr. Daniel was able to do her procedure in June. He determined an inframammary retropectoral (behind the muscle) augmentation mammaplasty utilizing Natrelle 390cc gel implants would be her best option. Postoperative photographs were taken at six months, and Dr. Daniel was happy with her perfectly symmetric results.
