The patient was a 25 year-old mother of two children in which she breast fed both of them for a little over a year. She was hoping to be back at a C size, which is what she had been when she was nursing.
Dr. Daniel determined an inframammary retropectoral (behind the muscle) augmentation mammoplasty utilizing Natrelle 385cc implants would be her best option. Post-surgery, Dr. Daniel provided the patient with instructions on how to gradually advance activity, including upper body weight training.
Postoperative photographs were taken at 8 months. Both the patient and Dr. Daniel are very happy with her size and feels it is a good match for her.
