Patient is a 31 year old female who has 2 children. Patient came in with her tummy being her top priority but was also looking for options in rejuvenating her breasts.
The surgeries best for her was a bilateral periareolar breast lift and augmentation utilizing Sientra textured implants. Both surgeries are often combined in our mommy makeover procedures. Patient had some breast asymmetries so 355cc implant was placed on the left and 415cc implant placed on the right to correct this. For her tummy she had a standard tummy tuck with bilateral hip liposuction and 4 umbilical hernias were repaired at the same time.
She tolerated both of these procedures well. Her after photos were taken at 7 months post op.
