The patient is a 30-year-old who really liked her D sized breasts when she was nursing. In discussion with Dr. Daniel, the slight settling that she had would be best improved with implants in front of the muscle. As such, 457 cc gel implants were used bilaterally. Her immediate, 10-day postop photographs with the steristrips in place show dramatic improvement. Full year postop photographs further show maturation of the healing process and a very natural and soft result. She and Dr. Daniel were both quite happy with her long-term result. Now she is pondering proceeding with a tummy tuck.
