The patient is a 73 year old who had a facelift and lower eyelid tuck approximately 15 years ago. Her main concern was the settling to her face and jaw line, as well as the redundancy of the skin under her chin and the appearance around the eyes. Dr. Daniel’s exam also revealed some slight changes in brow position and he recommended a revision facelift and lower blepharoplasty, as well as a modified browlift.
Her preoperative pictures show a somewhat tired general appearance with flattening in the mid cheeks. With a suspension facelift, the tired look is certainly corrected and improvements in the cheek contours are noted, as well as the angle of the jaw and skin under the jaw.
Her postoperative photographs were taken at six months and her slight smile shows how happy she is with her result.
