Had been a regular with a moderate dose of Botox to her frown lines, forehead lines, and crow’s feet.
For her upcoming 70th birthday, she was ready for a full facial refresh with dermal fillers.
In one appointment, Dr. Baldwin injected 7 syringes of dermal filler (Voluma x 4 to cheeks, Volbella x 2 to marionettes and nasal labial folds, and Vollure x 1 to lips and lateral tear troughs), and a full dose of Botox to her forehead, between the brows, and crow’s feet (65 units). A rough guideline for facial fillers for those who have never had filler, is 1 syringe per decade of age. The volume in 5 syringes of filler is equal to 1 teaspoon. Her filler is expected to last for 12-24 months or longer. The full dose of Botox she received to 3 areas (forehead, frown lines, crow’s feet) should last 3-4 months.
